The guestroom at Cozy Hostel was absolutely fantastic! The premium bedding made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud, and the air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable. Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver for staying connected during my trip. As a guest with physical handicaps, I really appreciated these perks!
The only downside for me was that the guestroom only had a shower and bidet in the two bathrooms. Personally, I prefer having a bathtub for relaxing baths.

Homely and comfortable home base for travelers from all around the world. Shared common areas and facilities, including a TV lounge and dining lounge. Premium bedding and air conditioning in all guestrooms. Convenient amenities such as complimentary WiFi, a television in a common area, and tour/ticket assistance. Central location in Downtown Kota Kinabalu, within a 10-minute drive of Imago Shopping Mall and Filipino Market. Continental breakfast served daily. Two bathrooms with showers and bidets in the room. Dry cleaning/laundry services available. Private curtains for each bunk.
Minor issue: Limited laundry facilities.

The hostel has cozy shared spaces, free Wi-Fi, and a helpful tour desk. It's conveniently located and serves a continental breakfast. Such a perfect place for my global village adventures!
Who needs exclusive bathrooms when I can share them with strangers? Such a bonding experience!

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for my money at this hostel. The room was clean and comfortable, with large and stable beds. The location was great, right next to a mall and within walking distance of cafes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging cheap transportation and activity packages.
The breakfast offerings could use improvement, as there was only bread available and no coffee, jam, or fruit.

Convenient, helpful staff, perfect for my city break. Wi-Fi, dryer, AC, flat-screen TV, lift. Remembered first stay when staff suggested great places to eat. No regrets, I keep coming back.

The location of the hostel was great, as it was within walking distance to a shopping mall and close to the city center. It was also easy to find. The staff was very helpful and provided good recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the surrounding area. They were friendly and made the atmosphere enjoyable.
The bathrooms were not well-maintained and were often dirty. The beds were also not very comfortable and could have used some updating.

The guestrooms at Cozy Hostel are absolutely amazing! The beds are so comfy, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. And the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot Kota Kinabalu weather. Plus, the free WiFi was super fast!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bidets in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

Felt very lucky, no complaints at all.

The girls running the hostel go above and beyond to make your stay mind-blowing. They provide detailed directions, organize tours, and even show you secret spots for the best sunset views. The hostel itself is impeccably clean with cozy chill-out areas and spacious lockers. The beds are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, including plugs and tables. The location is convenient, within walking distance to the promenade and a shopping mall. The complimentary laundry service is a huge bonus. one of the best hostels I've stayed in Southeast Asia!
